每月結束後吃一顆「紅棗蛋」,不是每天吃喔!
只要結束时吃一顆!連續吃兩個月,也就是...吃兩顆就好了!
如此一來就可以持續多年的好日子囉!
听起来真是太神奇了!

紅棗蛋作法如下:
[ 兩碗水】+【十幾顆紅棗】+【洗乾淨(且敲有裂痕的)的蛋一顆】
紅棗和破蛋一起煮,煮到兩碗水變一碗水,享用蛋(請剝殼)、品嚐紅棗> 湯。
Red Date Egg
It's good for curing period pain.....
It says:
At the end of the menstrual cycle, just eat 1 [red date egg], do this for 2 menstrual cycles.
This mean that you only need to eat a total of 2 red date eggs, then you will not feel pain in the future (at least for a few years)
Now, how to prepare [red date egg]:
2 bowl of water + 15 pcs of red date + washing clean an egg,
knock carefully to get a crack line (make sure the egg white is not flowing out).
Boil them until you get 1 bowl of water.
Then eat the egg plus the red date soup.
